We are hiring immediately for a Technical Services Operations Center Administrator to join our team in Longmont, CO.

Lifewith Us Your Project:In this role, you will be key to monitoring and troubleshooting the entire IT stack (data center, network, storage, servers, and applications/services) and communicating issues and the overall status to all relevant personnel. This challenging position offers you traditional operations center 24/7 monitoring and response responsibilities as well as system administration duties for performing initial troubleshooting of all issues. What you'll do day-to-day (with your colleagues): Perform a variety of tasks including system and application monitoring, ticketing and incident resolution. Work directly with various technical support teams to monitor, escalate events, and manage incidents and alarm thresholds. Maintainstrong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and keen attention-to-detail.

Minimum requirements for this position: Must be a U.S. citizen with a current/activeSecret security clearance Must have an active Security+ certification or be able to obtain one in the first 6 months of employment. Must be willing and able to pass a CI Polygraph that is required to administratively access specific systems. Associate'sdegree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Two years of experience may be substituted for a degree Minimum of 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience Ability to accommodate a weekly day or night shift that includes one weekend day per week. Shift includes working only three-to-four 12-hour shifts per week.

These skills would be amazing: Advanced understanding of networking, firewalls, routing, remote site connectivity, and applicable troubleshooting practices Experience with RedHat, LDAP, Satellite, Puppet, DNS Experience with Active Directory Experience with VMWare and Virtual Servers Knowledge of data / IP networking and protocols (OSPF, BGP, GRE, TCP, TP, FCIP, NFS) Work experience with Python Work experience with AWS Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills Strong business acumen, client-service, and results orientation Ability to think both strategically while also executing tactically Positive history of building positive relationships, both internally and externally. #LI-MG1

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$64,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually.
