Vibus Group is seeking a Substitute Teacher for a state client in Westland, MI. The ideal candidate will effectively manage classrooms, execute lesson plans, and support student learning.
Job Title: Substitute Teacher
Client: State Client (by Vibus Group)
Location: Westland, MI
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily lesson plans as provided by the school
- Utilize effective and supportive student behavior management techniques
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and concerns
- Provide support to students facing behavioral and academic challenges (preferred)
- Deliver instruction in High School Math, English Language Arts, and/or Social Studies
Requirements:
- Minimum 90 credit hours from an accredited college or university
- Experience working with students, particularly those with behavioral and academic challenges (preferred)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
