Global Parts & Maintenance, LLC Maintenance Operations Engineer in Westland, Michigan
Work on the testing technical documentation of magnetics and mechanical specifications using custom small scale PDM system based on NAVISION MRP system. Perform problem solving activities to ensure proper resolution of issues (drill deep and wide root cause analysis). Create and propose engineering change actualizations and incorporate engineering changes to item cards, analyze up-time losses due to mechanical and electrical failures of items provided to manufacturing processes. Perform and design Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis. Coordinate audits of the inventories supply chains of the Purchasing and Planning departments. Primary worksite is Westland MI, but relocation is possible.
