Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager - Compilations/Reviews to join our team in the CPA firm industry, based in Westlake, Ohio. This role involves a multitude of responsibilities, including handling compilations and reviews, preparing financial statements, and conducting audit preparations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of compilations and reviews.

• Prepare financial statements for non-profit and municipal clients.

• Handle write-up work specifically for non-profit clients.

• Manage consolidation processes effectively.

• Prepare and organize necessary documents for audits.

• Utilize skills in Accounting Functions to ensure smooth operation.

• Apply knowledge of Compilation to improve the efficiency of the process.

• Conduct Audit Reviews with the utmost professionalism and accuracy.

• Use skills in Financial Statement Preparation to maintain high-quality output. Requirements • Possession of relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field

• Demonstrated experience in a managerial role within a CPA firm or similar environment

• Proficiency in accounting functions, including but not limited to budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance

• Expertise in compilation and review of financial statements

• Experience in conducting audit reviews and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations

• Ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in accounting software and other relevant computer applications

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and regulations.
