Job Title: Maintenance Manager

$80k-90k Salary

Shift: 1st

Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including two direct reports. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize production disruptions. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Work Environment

Work in a small facility with a unique atmosphere that smells like caramel and syrups. The facility includes mixers, labeling machines, and filling machines, all operated by pneumatic systems. A boiler is also on-site.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Given after 90 days probationary period (every role top to bottom has this)
