Position: Power BI Developer II

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team on an initial contract running from December to May 2025. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and DAX to help us optimize our data visualization capabilities and set standards for best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert existing Tableau dashboards into Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability.
Provide training and mentorship to our development team on Power BI tools and functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish standards and best practices for Power BI implementation and use.
Develop and maintain robust data visualizations and reports that align with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and DAX.
Strong expertise in creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data solutions.
Excellent communication skills to guide and train team members effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with Tableau to Power BI migration is a significant plus.
Familiarity with establishing data visualization best practices within an organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid or remote setting.
Work Environment:
Hybrid Schedule: On-site at Westfield Center, Ohio, Tuesday through Thursday
Remote Option: Available for candidates located more than 50 miles from Westfield Center
