Position: Power BI Developer II

Location: Hybrid (Westfield Center, Ohio) or Remote (if located further than 50 miles from Westfield Center)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team on an initial contract running from December to May 2025. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5+ years of experience in Power BI, SQL, and DAX to help us optimize our data visualization capabilities and set standards for best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert existing Tableau dashboards into Power BI, ensuring accuracy and usability.

• Provide training and mentorship to our development team on Power BI tools and functionalities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish standards and best practices for Power BI implementation and use.

• Develop and maintain robust data visualizations and reports that align with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and DAX.

• Strong expertise in creating data visualizations and interactive dashboards.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data solutions.

• Excellent communication skills to guide and train team members effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Tableau to Power BI migration is a significant plus.

• Familiarity with establishing data visualization best practices within an organization.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid or remote setting.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid Schedule: On-site at Westfield Center, Ohio, Tuesday through Thursday

• Remote Option: Available for candidates located more than 50 miles from Westfield Center
