Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner.
Promote current sales programs to clients.
Field phone and internet inquiries.
Work closely with sales representatives.
Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests.
Conducting follow-up calls.

PAY RANGE: $65,000 - $95,000 ANNUALLY (Range consists of hourly rate + commission).
Requirements
At least one year of automotive BDC experience required, must be highly proficient in setting appointments and have strong follow up skills.
Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
Experienced or trainable in various computer systems including: CDK, Infobahn, Eleads
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
Professional personal appearance.
Must be available to work weekends.
