We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our a leading fabricator and installer of custom natural stone works for the architectural design community. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing project management tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.

• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and report on project status.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any issues.

• Assist in managing project budgets and schedules.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Participate in site visits and meetings as required.

• Support the project manager in day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Previous experience in project management or a related role is preferred.

• strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of natural stone fabrication and installation is a plus.
