Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for our operations in WESTBURY, New York, 11590-1743, United States. The individual will be a key member of our team, carrying out responsibilities such as managing accounts payable, maintaining comprehensive records, and handling account inquiries. The role also involves the processing of vendor invoices and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately handle and resolve account inquiries from various sources

• Manage accounts payable using specialized accounting software

• Ensure prompt processing of vendor invoices

• Maintain comprehensive and thorough financial records

• Carry out monthly reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts

• Administer vendor payments in accordance with company policies

• Keep meticulous track of all payments and expenditures

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactions

• Perform additional duties as required. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Capability to manage Check Runs is essential

• Familiarity with Coding Invoices is necessary

• Strong Data Entry skills are a must

• Prior experience in Invoice Processing is crucial

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel is needed

• Knowledge of Oracle is required

• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred

• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
