Description We are offering an opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in the Detail Oriented Services industry, based in Westborough, Massachusetts. This role involves managing customer interactions, maintaining meticulous records, and processing customer applications. You will also be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle inbound customer inquiries.

• Carry out customer outreach initiatives.

• Maintain and update customer records consistently.

• Process customer applications with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Execute scheduling duties as needed.

• Perform various administrative tasks as required.

• Utilize strong technical skills to enhance customer service delivery. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a detail oriented services industry

• Demonstrated proficiency in handling customer service tasks including addressing inbound inquiries effectively

• Strong skills in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inputting customer information

• Proven ability in scheduling, coordinating and managing appointments or meetings

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant computer applications

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning negative situations into positive ones

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes and manage stress effectively

• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
