Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to drive inventory management excellence and lead strategic initiatives in process improvements and automation. This role will focus on the technical transition from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, overseeing key inventory processes such as cycle counting, 3PL management, and BOM updates. The Operational Excellence Leader will partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and implement advanced replenishment strategies.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the ERP transition from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on inventory management.
Design and implement automated material handling and replenishment solutions.
Execute effective cycle count programs to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manage relationships with 3PL providers, driving continuous improvement and automation.
Collaborate with engineering on BOM management and change control.
Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
Provide technical leadership and training on inventory systems.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related technical field.
Expertise in SAP ERP systems (inventory-related modules).
Proven track record in leading ERP implementations and automation projects.
Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and process improvement skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certified Associate or Professional certification.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP).
Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain, such as robotics, IoT, or machine learning.

Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $60.00-80.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
