Chenega Corporation Instructional Systems Designer IV in West Virginia

Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for an Instructional Systems Specialist to support the United States (U.S.) Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This is a full-time position on a 1 year contract that takes place onsite in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

  • Follow and have a working knowledge of instructional systems design principles and the Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate (ADDIE) or similar models for course development to build new training programs

  • Supports multiple courses

  • Preparation of course administration templates, solicitations, registrations, enrollments, welcome letters, travel orders, and travel document review

  • Monitors group inbox and responds to student requests for assistance

  • Assists in administering / troubleshooting course administration database

  • Assists with training cohort assignments and updates

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance with the ability to attain a Top-Secret clearance.

  • Experience working in large and small teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10 + years’ experience preferred

  • 8 + years’ experience required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Work requires professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as sound interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in the tradecraft and/or subject matter expertise relevant to the instant training program and instructional design and curriculum implementation

  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

Estimated Salary/Wage

USD $125,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $140,000.00/Yr.
