Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

We are currently seeking a Training Facilitator. In this role, you will design, deliver, and maintain training programs that ensure alignment with operational and customer service goals. Through a mix of product demonstrations, interactive learning activities, and project-specific training, this role supports the team's professional growth and fosters a service-oriented culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees trainees during both the foundational training and the subsequent nesting periods to ensure effective absorption and application of key concepts.

  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees, actively addressing their questions and concerns as they progress through the training modules.

  • Continuously monitor the progression of trainees through the training and nesting phases, offering timely feedback.

  • Promote the company’s core values, fostering a culture of trust, responsiveness, and positivity in all client relations.

  • Lead interactive learning activities and product demonstrations in the claims department to ensure the seamless transfer of skills to team members.

  • Master the Salesforce knowledge base, keeping it updated, relevant, and easily accessible for team use.

  • Regularly update training materials and methods to reflect system changes and emerging industry trends.

  • Assist and empower team members by providing opportunities for professional development and continuous skills enhancement.

  • Collaborate with operations, process development, and the operations implementation coordinator to ensure alignment between training programs and project goals, system updates, and automation initiatives.

  • Analyze trends in the automotive and hospitality industries, adapting training programs to meet the evolving needs of customer service and operational improvements.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years of training facilitation experience in a corporate environment, ideally within customer service or claims fulfillment roles (required).

  • Previous experience in creating and leading group training sessions (required).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
