We are currently seeking a Training Facilitator. In this role, you will design, deliver, and maintain training programs that ensure alignment with operational and customer service goals. Through a mix of product demonstrations, interactive learning activities, and project-specific training, this role supports the team's professional growth and fosters a service-oriented culture.
Responsibilities:
Oversees trainees during both the foundational training and the subsequent nesting periods to ensure effective absorption and application of key concepts.
Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees, actively addressing their questions and concerns as they progress through the training modules.
Continuously monitor the progression of trainees through the training and nesting phases, offering timely feedback.
Promote the company’s core values, fostering a culture of trust, responsiveness, and positivity in all client relations.
Lead interactive learning activities and product demonstrations in the claims department to ensure the seamless transfer of skills to team members.
Master the Salesforce knowledge base, keeping it updated, relevant, and easily accessible for team use.
Regularly update training materials and methods to reflect system changes and emerging industry trends.
Assist and empower team members by providing opportunities for professional development and continuous skills enhancement.
Collaborate with operations, process development, and the operations implementation coordinator to ensure alignment between training programs and project goals, system updates, and automation initiatives.
Analyze trends in the automotive and hospitality industries, adapting training programs to meet the evolving needs of customer service and operational improvements.
Skills and Experience Required:
2-4 years of training facilitation experience in a corporate environment, ideally within customer service or claims fulfillment roles (required).
Previous experience in creating and leading group training sessions (required).
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (preferred

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
