This opportunity is a Monday - Friday opportunity 9am to 5pm. Working out of our West Springfield Location. Duties and Responsibilities: Onboarding responsibilities Follow through with EEC CORI expectations connecting with potential candidates and assist in the completion of initial hiring phase duties. Calling references 3 per candidate Submitting documentations into E-Platform Communicate reminders for orientation / trainings Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management. Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system. Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence to designated departments or individuals. Answering and managing calls from business partners, senior management and staff regarding inquiries. Demonstrate behaviors that recognize the rights of clients Minimum Qualifications: Associate\'s degree in Management or a related field of study and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to ensure on-the-job success. 1-2 years of previous work experience in an Administrative role, Proficiency in MS office (Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & Power Point in particular) Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational, problem solving and planning skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to pay attention to detail; ability to multi-task A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Bi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus Must foster and maintain positive working relationships Bilingual Preferred (Spanish/English)
