We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to supervise maintenance tasks effectively.
Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and minor repairs. - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with equipment and machinery. - Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory. - Read and interpret equipment schematics for troubleshooting purposes. - Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs. - Maintain logic controllers and other automated systems.
Experience: - Proficiency in English for effective communication. - Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal teams or external vendors. - Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. - Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently. - Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities effectively
