Warehouse Inventory Receiver – West Palm Beach, FL

Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Warehouse Inventory Receiver at one of our Global clients in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.

Title: Warehouse Inventory Receiver

Location: Palm Beach Gardens (33415)

Pay: $19 hr; plus benefits and PTO

Hours: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to reduce manual transactions.

• Provide pre-staging, kitting, and bulk configuration.

• Offer customer-responsive order processing.

• Create order processing stations to enhance speed while maintaining quality.

• Maintain the integrity of inventory in finished product stockrooms.

• Pull daily orders based on customer service pick lists including independent demands .

• Pack and ship orders according to assigned transportation.

• Interact daily with customer service to ensure timely shipping of products.

• Stock shipping supplies e.g., boxes, bags, bubble wrap .

• Perform cycle counts as required.

• Stock finished product inventory including literature, demos/loaners, FP capital goods .

• Keep immediate and adjoining areas clean including breaking down and disposing of boxes .

• Provide support to customer On-site team with additional tasks/projects as requested by the Order Processing Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:

• Reliable, personable, and detail-oriented individual.

• Good problem-solving and documentation skills.

• Basic computer competency.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. individually and up to 50 lbs. jointly.

• High School Diploma or GED. 2-5 years of relevant experience.
