Taxation & Wealth Planning Associate – West Palm Beach, FL

Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in the West Palm Beach office for an associate in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of general tax and estate planning experience.We are not currentlyaccepting resumes from search firms for this position at this time.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.

• Experience working with trusts, estates, corporations, family-owned businesses, private foundations and other tax-exempt organizations a plus.

• LLM in Taxation preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sedentary work: Exertion of physical strength to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 10 pounds. Work involves sitting most of the time. Walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.

VISUAL ACUITY

• Worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
