The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This role combines administrative management with light accounting responsibilities, including experience with QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess organizational skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Hiring immediately, now!

salary: $26.44 - $31.25 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Office Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and maintenance.

  • Coordinate and manage office communications, including answering phones, handling emails, and greeting visitors.

  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.

  • Accounting Support:

  • Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.

  • QuickBooks Management:

  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions such as recording transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and generating financial reports.

  • Perform regular data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information.

  • Office Organization:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

  • Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.

  • Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and employee activities.
