We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Network Administrator in West Palm Beach, FL. As part of our team, you would be tasked with managing and maintaining our company's computer systems, ensuring the security of our digital assets, and optimizing our network performance. This role operates within the IT industry and requires a solid understanding of computer network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the network and computer system needs of the company.

• Installation of necessary hardware and software components.

• Carry out upgrades and repairs as required.

• Manage digital security to protect company data.

• Ensure all systems are operating optimally through regular maintenance.

• Collect and analyze data to enhance network performance.

• Onboard new users to the network and provide necessary training.

• Troubleshoot any system-related issues efficiently.

• Manage the local area network and wide area network.

• Utilize skills in Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Network Analysis.

Requirements

• Possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in Dell Technologies

• Demonstrated experience with Active Directory

• Expertise in various Backup Technologies

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Computer Hardware issues

• Proficiency in Configuration Management

• Familiarity with software and hardware Deployments

• Proven experience in Network Administration

• Strong skills in Network Analysis

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

• Relevant certifications in networking will be an advantage

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
