Job Description

Our client is looking for a senior level Microsoft 365 Administrator to join their team to help with excessive workflow. For this opening, the Systems Engineer will be responsible for the design and ongoing support of the Microsoft 365 productivity suite and software technologies. This role will focus on proactive management, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 services across relevant modules to ensure seamless user experiences and optimal performance. This may include but is not limited to:

· Microsoft Exchange Online & Microsoft Exchange hybrid on premises

· Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, & Microsoft OneDrive for Business

· Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Microsoft EntraID, Microsoft M365 Security, & Microsoft Intune.

This role has a pay range of $50-60/hr.

Skills and Requirements

· 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 services with advanced knowledge in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, EntraID, and Exchange Online

· 7+ years of experience and deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and supporting infrastructure technologies.

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience

· Proven track record of contributing to complex projects with aggressive timelines.

· Ability to participate on a 24/7 Rotational On-Call Support

· Demonstrated experience with on-premises to M365 hybrid integration/migrations for over 1000 users

· Strong scripting/automation skills such as PowerShell.

· Experience managing projects and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical users

· Experience in vendor management and technology evaluation process

· Industry certifications preferred (Microsoft, VMware)

ITIL certification or working knowledge N/A null
