Are you ready to join a prestigious property management company in beautiful Palm Beach? In your first year you will receive 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays. We are seeking a dedicated and trustworthy individual to join our clients team. As a high-end property management our client requires someone who can uphold their standards of excellence

salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct various tasks at high-end residential properties, including but not limited to:

• Transporting cars to dealerships for service

• Coordinating with vendors for repairs

• Performing minor handyman repairs

• Securing patio furniture for hurricanes

• Basic troubleshooting of home electronics

• Adapting to a fast-paced and ever-changing schedule

• Utilizing iPhone, apps, and email effectively for communication and task management

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 5 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
