About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our grounds. This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of functionality and comfort while aligning with company goals and compliance requirements. Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities management or a related field is required.

• strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and compliance standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with budgeting and vendor management.

• Familiarity with facility management software (e.g., CMMS) is a plus.

• strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.

• Develop and oversee facility budgets, including maintenance costs, capital improvements, and vendor contracts.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Coordinate and supervise facility staff and external contractors for cleaning, repairs, and renovations.

• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.

• Plan and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.

• Oversee space planning and facility layout to ensure optimal use of resources.

• Respond promptly to facility emergencies, ensuring minimal operational downtime.
