Job Title: Financial Coordinator (12-Month Contract – Remote)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This remote position involves managing financial documents and providing support for clinical research studies. The ideal candidate will maintain a sense of urgency and focus on the site’s financial and regulatory needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Transcribe MCA and Budgets.
Submit new studies and amendments, partnering with regulatory for document support.
Check messaging, answer questions, and collaborate with regulatory, leadership to monitor submission status.
Prepare weekly updates for status reports on study submission/action items and estimated completion times for weekly meetings with the PI.
Ensure tasks such as email management, coverage analysis submissions to the parent institution, and payment processing and reimbursements are handled promptly and in line with SOPs.
Research patient visits, process reimbursements, and respond to requests to ensure timely and accurate payments, fostering positive relationships with patients.
Manage and maintain general email inboxes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Process patient reimbursement requests and ensure proper filing of emails in designated locations.
Manage payment confirmations, respond to sponsor requests, and research patient visits in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system to facilitate reimbursement.
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years in a Financial Coordinator role
Experience in financial document management and clinical research support.
Experience in Advarra and WIRB
OnCore and Florence experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely.

Additional Details:
Location: Remote - role based in Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 12-month contract
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) - during normal business hours
Hourly Pay Range: $28-40 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
