Description:

• Preferred to have experience with Tyler Munis ERP system, including configuration, user management, and user support

• Ability to understand and document the company's processes and procedures related to the ERP system

• Strong problem-solving and independent work skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address issues

• Experience in system administration, user management, and permissions for enterprise software like Salesforce, NetSuite, or SAP

• Familiarity with cloud-hosted ERP systems and the ability to support a hybrid work environment

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training as needed
