Sentry Equipment's service team is seeking an ambitious Supervisor to help provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation of wastewater treatment systems.

Perform all responsibilities of Service Tech II and: * Supervise service techs and manage to expectations of the roles. Oversee employee productivity and quality; review attendance records; administer company rules, regulations and policies governing employment; prepare performance reviews with appropriate documentation throughout the year; address disciplinary issues. Discuss disciplinary actions with HR and provide documentation to HR for personnel files. * Coach and develop direct reports. Be available to assist both direct reports and fellow service technicians. * Be aware of direct reports' schedules and help manage as needed to ensure all service execution activity within the territory is accounted for and handled appropriately. * Ensure 100% execution of all booked service visits within territory responsibility. * Prepare quotes for renewals and communicate with customer. Look for ways to add value to customer's contract. * Help refine parts support and availability as related to analyzer parts sales for service customers. * Identify customer needs and expectations related to all areas of the business, including parts, service, and products. * Understand financial performance of the territory. Prepare metrics and track annual spend of service customers on service, parts, and products. Look for areas to grow. * Identify and pursue targets for instrument and equipment upgrade opportunities. * Work with Sales Team, Field Installation Coordinators, and Service Managers to identify opportunities within our existing customer base. * Provide product support for maintenance agreement customers. * Review territory service reports for trends and advise service, sales, and product support team as needed. * Help Service Managers prepare yearly territory plan and budget. * Develop strong corporate and plant level customer partner relationships within territory.

Your role will support our customers during difficult situations such as downtime, equipment failure, and other key power plant issues. As a service technician, your goal is to be not only a Sentry product champion but a supporter of the customer's best interest and needs. Everything from system analytics to complete installation/retrofits will be your responsibility to ensure we are meeting our customer's high-quality expectations. But your forward thinking and customer first mentality will help you stand out amongst other candidates. An ideal candidate will have: * A two-year technical degree in electronics or equivalent experience. * 2 years relevant field experience working on equipment * Strong mechanical and electromechanical skills - piping, tubing, analytics, etc. * Adept written and verbal communication and a customer first attitude. * The ability to travel 4-5 days during the week to customer sites. * Commitment to a safe working environment regardless of weather conditions and on-site procedures * A valid drivers license and a clean drug test Sentry Equipment offers great benefits to support our employee-owners.
