About the job  

In a typical day, you will troubleshoot and find solutions to resolve production issues as they arise, performing daily walkthroughs and safety checks, collaborating with the Production Manager, supervising team members, and managing daily workflow. 

• Train new and existing team members

• Ensure proper opening and closing of the facility

• Communicate and collaborate with the Production Manager on QA/QC concerns, label inspections, non-conformance reporting, and material/product testing

Like all warehouse operations, we work at a fast pace and pride ourselves on safety and accessibility. 

Your skills include  

• Great leadership and people skills

• Previous supervisory experience or leadership training

• Experience capturing and analyzing production data with spreadsheets and computer applications

• Physically able to perform required job duties as necessary: lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50lbs
