We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Clerk for a premier media company based in West Hollywood. The chosen candidate will assist the company by providing support for year-end projects and audit tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with year-end projects including account reconciliation, data entry, report generation, and review of financial statements.

• Providing support during audits, including the preparation of materials, documentation, and statements.

• Maintaining financial records by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and other statements.

• Collaborating with the accounting team to expedite various accounting processes.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis to improve efficiency.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferable.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel - ability to generate and modify complex spreadsheets.

• Experience working in the media sector is a plus.

• Excellent numerical proficiency and high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Candidates demonstrating a proactive mindset and a keen eye for discrepancies are strongly preferred. This is a temporary position, perfect for those who are thorough, precise, and excel in the field of accounting.
