Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Entry-Level Accountant in West Hollywood, California. As an integral part of our team, your role will involve a variety of tasks focused on account coding, accounting software systems, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct account analysis to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial information.

• Utilize accounting software systems for the management of financial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

• Perform account reconciliations, analyzing discrepancies and identifying necessary corrective actions.

• Handle Accounting Entries in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV for the creation, review, and dissemination of financial reports.

• Support the implementation and utilization of ERP Solutions to streamline accounting processes.

• Perform accounting functions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring financial data integrity.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) duties, including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment scheduling.

• Contribute to account coding activities, ensuring proper classification of revenue and expenses.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring up-to-date account information and facilitating financial decision-making. Requirements • Possession of a degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Demonstrated understanding of Account Coding.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Dynamics NAV.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions.

• Ability to carry out Account Analysis.

• Knowledge of basic Accounting Functions and Accounting Entries.

• Experience with Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel.

• Must adhere to all ethical standards and comply with all professional and legal standards in accounting.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
