Develop detailed Biology and Science lesson plans in for 7^th^, 8^th^, 10^th^, and 11^th^ graders and teach students accordingly and develop and locate materials needed for teaching lessons. Promote a physical classroom environment conducive to learning and work a full day in accordance with state/federal and negotiated policies. Administer and score 7^th,^ 8^th,^ 10^th^, and 11^th^ grade Biology and Science tests for the purpose of evaluating the educational program and keep accurate, current records of student achievement and attendance. Meet health and safety standards in accordance with state laws and is responsible for handling discipline problems. Refer students for physical, mental, social, and educational services not provided in a regular, self-contained classroom. Responsible for the development of yearly goals. Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Secondary Education or Equivalent is required. Arkansas Educator License with Biology Life Science Endorsement for 7-12th Graders is required.
