Resident Care Assistant (RCA) at Frances Warde Towers

Overview: Join our compassionate team at Frances Warde Towers as a Resident Care Assistant (RCA). Your role is vital in providing quality care, ensuring residents live in a safe and positive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies.

  • Resident Support: Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, maintaining accurate records.

  • Personal Care: Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans.

  • Community Standards: Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

  • C.N.A. Certification: Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut.

  • Med Pass Certification: Obtain within 30 days of hire; training provided.

  • Bilingual Applicants: Encouraged to apply.

Shift Details: We are currently seeking PT (16 hours) RCA's for 1st and 3rd shift.
