We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join our client in West Hartford, CT. This role offers significant room for growth into a management position and requires fluent understanding of financial literacy, email campaign management, and social media strategy. As a Marketing Assistant, you will assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts to enhance brand awareness, and support the development of lead generation strategies. You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand growth while ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Financial literacy is essential for analyzing marketing campaign budgets and tracking performance. Additionally, you will monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts, suggesting improvements where needed, and staying current with industry trends to inform ongoing strategies. Ideal candidates will have clear communication, organizational skills, and experience in social media and lead generation, along with the ability to work independently.

salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year

Plan, execute and oversee campaigns

Bachelors degree in Marketing OR Finance is preferred
