Description We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. This role is essential within our telecom provider company, where you will manage projects in Agile with multiple teams, align project priorities to organizational strategies, and develop complex project plans. This contract employment opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of SDLC processes and experience managing Agile projects.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of and experience with SDLC processes.

• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and coordinate multiple teams to execute work.

• Drive teams towards project launch, ensuring the project's problem statement and objectives are updated, and scope is defined.

• Determine the solution approach, size the work, and estimate the timeline.

• Align project priorities with the organization’s strategies and objectives.

• Understand and manage project interdependencies.

• Solve problems logically and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

• Develop and execute complex project plans and key milestones.

• Leverage skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, Budget Processes, Agile SDLC, SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Development, Formal Project Management, IT project management, Derivatives Operations, Data Warehousing, Business reporting, and Data reporting. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Prior experience with Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC and SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle

• Experience in Agile Development practices

• Understanding of Formal Project Management

• Proven expertise in IT project management

• Knowledge of Derivatives Operations

• Experience with Data Warehousing

• Proficiency in Business reporting

• Experience in Data reporting
