Wells Fargo Senior Lead Analytics Consultant in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to join the Data Management and Insights (DMI) Enterprise Analytics and Business Intelligence team. In addition to providing analytics solutions across the Enterprise, this candidate will support the e-Discovery program by providing requested data, which can be located in, but not limited to, legacy operations systems.
In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical needs
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7+ years of experience of Wells Fargo bank products (inclusive of Wachovia) to ensure business needs are fully addressed by data being provided
7+ years of experience of Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of Wells Fargo bank operations (inclusive of Wachovia) to understand sourcing needs
Advanced understanding of Wells Fargo related data platforms including Hogan CIS, Hogan CDB, SVP, CIV and transactional systems to ensure business needs are being fully addressed.
Strong ability to work on multiple platforms (Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop, mainframe, Linux, etc.)
7+ years of experience working with Wells Fargo line of business partners liaising between technology and business.
5+ years knowledge working with confidential projects, ability to recognize and manage data governed by strict Wells Fargo policies (CSI, SAR, Customer Privacy, etc.)
Strong networking skills and a highly developed contact list.
Advanced SQL or similar data manipulation skills
