Multiple Job Openings - Construction Laborers (Datacenter Tech Work)

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7 am - 4 pm / OT Available

Job type: Can Start ASAP / Fulltime / Weekly Pay / $18 - $25 hour starting wage

Overview: Seeking long-term motivated construction workers to help expand/complete data center projects in West Des Moines, Iowa. This role is a great opportunity for any construction workers looking to expand their careers in a growing industry with a secure company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cable Operations: Assist in the pulling and dressing of cables within the data halls, ensuring a tidy and presentable workspace.

• Labeling Tasks: Engage in labeling activities using a labeling machine - will be trained.

• Build-Out Support: Assist in construction tasks, including equipment installation and build-out activities. Utilizing hand and power tools to set up server racks, trays, and brackets.

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate Ecolift equipment (max height 20ft) - will trained in on this as well.

• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and communication - Involved in a variety of tasks depending on skillset.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Motivation: Strong drive and a willingness to learn are crucial for this position. Plenty of opportunities for professional growth/advancement.

• Experience: Previous experience in construction, machine operation, or mechanical is preferred.

• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to the site each day - Report daily to the same location.

• Gear: Must provide own steel-toe boots or covered shoes; all other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
