Robert Half Salesforce Lead in West Des Moines, Iowa

Description We are seeking a Salesforce Lead to join our team in the life insurance industry, located in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and will play a strategic role within our technology team. As a Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving the design and execution of Salesforce solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conception, design, and execution of Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.

• Offer technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers, nurturing a culture of innovation, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Spearhead discussions with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define project scope, and devise solutions targeting business needs.

• Architect and design solutions that utilize the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform, including declarative configuration, Apex coding, Lightning components, and integrations with external systems.

• Enforce Salesforce data integration patterns to synchronize data between Salesforce and external systems and maintain quality standards.

• Conduct code reviews, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Keep updated with Salesforce technologies, releases, and industry trends, and make suggestions for adopting new features and functionalities.

• Embrace agile development methodologies, participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

• Serve as a beacon of knowledge in Salesforce development, offering advice on technical architecture, solution design, and implementation strategies.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business needs and drive value.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, explaining complex technical concepts to both tech and non-tech individuals.

• Resolve technical issues, support during testing and deployment stages, and ensure the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.

• Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines in Salesforce using industry best practices. Requirements • Proficient in Cloud Technologies

• Extensive experience in API Development

• Salesforce ADM201 certification required

• Proven expertise in Salesforce Administration

• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs necessary

• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange

• Experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud is a plus

• Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud

• Proficient in Salesforce Configuration

• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software

• Experience in Salesforce DX (Developer Experience)

• Proven skills in Salesforce Development

• Ability to lead a team and manage projects

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
