We are seeking a Loan Resolution Specialist to support the Q/A for our top client located in West Des Moines, IA . In this role, will be s upporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting the legal remedies team in collecting signatures required for discovery to pursue litigation to offset/collect balances for credit cards and loans.

• Physically recording wet signatures, scanning & uploading packets of signed legal documents to retention system

• Partner with up to 14 different law firms/ legal partners to provide notifications of new daily uploads

• Will ship out hard copies of documents to legal partners and destroy documents in accordance with compliance policy

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred

• Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems

• Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader

• User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note

• Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX

• Working knowledge of legal civil procedures

• Must be highly organized

• Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)

• Partnership skills – ability to work with Q/A team

Work Type & Timings:

This an Onsite role located in West Des Moines, IOWA ; you must be comfortable travelling to the work location. Working days would be from Monday-Friday usually First Shift (8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm)

Pay:

The pay range for this position is $20-23/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.13/hr.
