Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a Senior Accountant search for a well-established, large Healthcare Provider based in West Covina. This role will report directly to the CFO and help lead the financial operations of the facility. The company offers a great culture, professional development opportunities, and has a target salary up to $120K.

responsibilities:

• Develop departmental budgets, revenue, capital and operationalexpenses

• Calculation of revenue by location and overseeing disbursements

• Facilitating the efficient conduct of external audits

• Participates in the development of accounting, and internal control policies and systems

qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have +3 years of relative hospital experience, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, advanced Excel proficiency, and is willing to grow into a managerial position.
