This is a senior engineering leader role within Global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team which is part of Morgan Stanley's Cyber Data Risk & Resilience (CDRR) organization. The candidate will be part of the global team with global responsibilities of the below:

Responsibilities: • Lead the strategy, design, and development of global services for multiple applications that will serve thousands of applications hosted on-prem as well as cloud. • Engineering best-in-class authorization and privileged access solutions to serve the on-premises and cloud workloads. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers, fostering their professional development and establish a true global team. • Establish and host engineering forums to solicit feedback from business stakeholders and development community to understand key challenges, translate them into engineering solutions to drive value aligned with business goals. • Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies and industry trends, keeping the firm at the forefront of security and innovative practices. • Evaluate and recommend IAM technologies and tools, build SDKs and APIs for easier integration. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, code repositories and development environment. • Clearly articulate strategy, goals, and challenges to ensure alignment and buy-in. • Proactively identify, communicate at all levels, and resolve dependencies and roadblocks. • Define quality OKRs, utilizing data to inform decisions and optimize processes. • Foster a collaborative environment to allow for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, Master's degree will be preferred. • 8 years of experience, including development and IAM domain experience. • Engineering and implementation experience of access management methodologies such as RBAC, ABAC, PBAC is required with good understanding of XACML standard. • Hands on experience engineering authorization solutions using products like OPA (Open Policy Agent), Slyra DAS, PainID or Axiomatics will be a huge plus. • Hands on experience working with Active Directory, Java, Kubernetes, Microservices architecture, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, CyberArk, Conjur and EPM • Cloud IAM experience will be a big plus. • Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps framework, strong focus and experience with driving value delivery and sustainable practices would be key to succeed in this role. • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others. • Comfortable working as an integral member of a global organization with team members, stakeholders, upper management, and clients in different regions across the globe.
