Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead global eProcurement tool implementations and management. Ensure new or modified processes are documented with change management defined before full implementation.

  • Interact with stakeholders to develop the proper configuration required for their working environment.

  • Create tool-specific work instructions to be followed by the user base and conduct training for end-users.

  • Manage the transition with other tools and work procedures for transparency and to eliminate inefficiencies in project execution and to users.

  • Provide lowest-level technical support, issue resolution, and awareness of features available to projects and users on the systems.

  • Prepare system workflows to align and integrate with associated tools

  • Create UAT scripts and manage UAT programs as needed for implementations.

  • Work process development related to Procurement systems (such as system enhancements, upgrades, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.)

  • Interact with stakeholders globally to enable increased tool adoption, efficiency, and process effectiveness.

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the eProcurement tools.

  • Will be the hands-on systems Administrator for multiple Procurement-related tools and processes.

  • Lead multiple systems improvement projects of varying complexity. Assist in moving ideas through the project charter development, selection, and team identification process.

  • Review new and current Procurement-related tools with stakeholders to ensure they align with the Corporate Procurement roadmap goals and ensure that the required implementation process is designed and managed to succeed.

  • Develop and define project plans and manage projects against deadlines. Provide detailed report-outs, status email communications, and PowerPoint presentations to keep stakeholders on track, and informed.

  • Execute action items identified to support the project. Ensure consistent process convergence and best practice sharing where appropriate.

  • Collaborate with the Procurement Analyst and Strategic Sourcing Managers to monitor metrics that provide data for tool and process measurement and identification of future improvement opportunities. Develop reports, templates, and analysis output that provide visibility to areas of opportunity.

  • Identify training topics and create and maintain training materials required due to tool and process changes implemented.

  • Utilize change management strategies to drive results.

  • Understands, complies with, and enforces Procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering, Business and/or Materials Management.

  • Procurement experience preferred

  • Procurement or Supply Chain certification preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with leading system and process improvements or productivity projects

  • Experience working in and implementing ERP systems like Microsoft D365 and SAP, or eProcurement SaaS tools like Proactis, GEP and Coupa.

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Ability to interact independently with stakeholders, and vendors.

  • High energy with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven project management skills with the ability to deliver against deadlines and manage change.

  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and learn new tools for communications and project management.

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to influence others to ensure commitment to tool and process changes.

  • Have an appreciation of cultural differences in the work environment and respect for diversity.
