ManpowerGroup Accounting Clerk in West Chester Township, Ohio

Manpower is currently looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk with previous experience for an immediate start.

What does this Accounting Clerk career offer you?

  • Part time hours (20 hours per week), with a possibility of becoming full time for the suitable candidate

  • Work Schedule: The days will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 6 hours a week ... 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm.

  • Competitive wages dependent on your experience

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and project reports

  • Develop and maintain cost finding

  • Lead the process of reviewing invoices and employee expense claims

  • Process vendor prompt payments and reconciled account activity

  • Control inventory balances and book material transfer

  • Identify areas of potential risk within the organization

What are the experiences and qualifications that you bring to the role?

  • 3 or more years of experience in performing accounting or bookkeeping functions for commercial companies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications under Microsoft Suite

  • Good communication and financial analytical skills
