Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to answer their inquiries, resolve complaints, and gather information for order placement.
- Take incoming calls and act as a company gatekeeper, managing customer interactions effectively.
- Receive and process orders using our order management system, updating customer records and communicating with vendors.
- Pick items and prepare packages for shipping, confirming contents and arranging pickups.
Keep track of inventory levels by ensuring that older items are sold first and clean the warehouse area daily.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills (Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required).
