Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
Sales – Drive in-store sales and motivate your team to engage in smart selling techniques.
Brand Promoters – Establish and nurture relationships with guests and encourage the crew to do the same.
Team Builders – Foster a trusting, fun, and positive environment that inspires and motivates the team to achieve excellent results.
Day-to-Day Operations – Oversee daily operational tasks such as store cleanliness, cash management, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food safety.

Experience - in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry – Preferred
Age Requirement – Must be 18 years or older.
