Description We are in search of a Hardware Analyst to join our team in West Berlin, New Jersey. This role involves working within the industry, utilizing skills such as Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, Computer Hardware, Database, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Apple Devices, and Business Intelligence (BI). This role offers an exciting opportunity for those interested in the tech industry and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming stock, ensuring organization and accuracy in line with work instructions.

• Review technical documents such as diagrams, assembly drawings, standard work instructions, and test procedures to ensure proper understanding.

• Utilize various tools for the repair or creation of parts and products.

• Identify and address defective items following established procedures.

• Apply problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficiency and productivity.

• Read and analyze pick sheets to identify and retrieve necessary parts.

• Package, weigh, and label finished items for shipping or storage, ensuring proper handling.

• Be prepared to perform tasks that may require sitting or standing for extended periods.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is essential

• Must have a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Extensive knowledge of Computer Hardware is required

• Familiarity with Database management is necessary

• Experience with Dell Technologies is a plus

• Ability to conduct AB Testing is expected

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is crucial

• Experience with Apple Devices is beneficial
