Service Desk Technician
Description:
Are you looking to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? We are seeking a Service Desk Technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills and advance within the company. You will be responsible for providing technical support for computer hardware, software, and applications, as well as mobile devices including iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Key responsibilities include maintaining service level agreements, communicating technical solutions to end users, providing one-on-one training, and escalating issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for computer hardware, software, and applications.
Support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android devices).
Maintain service level agreements.
Communicate technical solutions effectively to end users.
Provide one-on-one training for end users.
Determine when to escalate issues to the next level of support.
Required Skills and Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a service desk or helpdesk role.
Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Office 365.
Experience with mobile device support and troubleshooting (Android, iPhone, iPad).
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
Knowledge of A+, Active Directory, and password reset processes.
