Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to collaborate closely with machine operators, assisting in the repair and maintenance of injection molding and plastic machinery. Responsibilities include working on mechanical components such as conveyors, bearings, and belts, as well as electrical components including motors, fuses, relays, and heaters. Advanced candidates will handle PLC systems troubleshooting and repair. Positions are available for Maintenance Tech III on 1st shift and multiple Maintenance Tech II roles across 2nd and 3rd shifts. Expect a guaranteed 45+ hour work week with a rotation for being on-call, providing 8 hours of extra pay even if not called in.

Hard Skills

• Experience with relays, single/3 phase motors (480v), heaters, hydraulics, pneumatics, and palletizers

• PLC systems troubleshooting and repair (for higher-level candidates)

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in West Bend, Wisconsin.
