Join us as our new Global Strategic Account Manager
This position has sales responsibility for strategic accounts within our human probiotics business. It is responsible for all projects and relationships linked to their accounts. It is responsible for sales budgets, sales estimates, forecasting, and project management in Salesforce.
In this role, you'll make a difference by:
Meeting and exceeding pre-defined sales targets
Executing Global or Regional pricing strategies and sales plans
Positioning Novonesis in the market place as a trustworthy, flexible, and knowledgeable probiotic partner
Managing and developing relationships with strategic accounts
Driving commercial agreement discussions with the support of RSD and Legal
Being the voice of the customer and the one responsible for managing customer expectations and goals in cross-functional development activities initiated by the customer
Organizing and handling customer meetings in a professional manner
Securing feedback from the market and customers on global product line, marketing activities, pricing and value chain issues
To succeed you must hold:
Sales experience with international and strategic customers
Sales experience in the probiotic or supplement market
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
