Part-Time Operations Manager - Construction Project Management
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Coordinator to support our construction management team. This role will involve assisting with project coordination, documentation and resource management to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support :Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize project files, including contracts, schedules and progress notes
- Communication: Facilitate communication between project managers, subcontractors and clients
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling Labor, equipment, and materials needed for ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Experience: [6mo.] of experience in construction project management or related operations.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Weekly schedule Monday to Friday (No weekends) 8:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm Wages: DOE Weekly Payroll TO BE CONCIDERED PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR RESUME
