Hidalgo County Housing Authority Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector in Weslaco, Texas
Duties:
The Housing Quality Standards (HQS) Inspector will be responsible for conducting required inspections for the Housing Choice Voucher Program and related rental assistance programs administered by the Assisted Housing department to ensure compliance with HUDs Housing Quality Standards. Performs a variety of inspections and related administrative tasks.
Education/Work Experience:
High school graduate or GED. Two years experience in residential and multi-family building maintenance and inspections, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
