The Contribution You'll bring to this Role: Eagle, a Justrite Safety Group company, is seeking a Plastics Value Stream Supervisor for our Wellsburg, WV operations. In this role, you will oversee all production processes within the Plastics Department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. You will be responsible for managing production schedules, leading a team of operators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical to maintaining operational excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met. What You'll Do at Justrite: Promote and drive safety culture of the organization Responsible for machine setup, machine production, and quality of the products. Scheduling the maintenance of all equipment in the plastics dept. Responsible for new product implementation for all machines, machine shakedown and process adjustments. Production reporting, record keeping, process department payroll Your Skills and Expertise: To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - 3 to 5 years preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Lean manufacturing experience Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Ability to travel occasionally Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with all levels of the...
