Agribusiness Loan Accountant, Wellington, OH Perform essential duties to maintain detailed and accurate loan accounting records, data and reports for the Agribusiness Department. Provide administrative support to the Agribusiness lending team through loan origination, bond purchases, participations & syndications, servicing, and reporting. Provide prompt and courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Assist with various other functions relating to the daily operations of the lending office. Responsibilities * Executes all loan operations and accounting functions including but not limited to: books loans to the loan systems; executes rate lock-in closings; maintains loan and member data on the loan and member systems; processes receipts and disbursements; calculates loan payoffs; processes daily transactions; and coordinates loan transactions with loan investors as needed. * Primarily responsible for the Agribusiness department's member and loan data integrity: * Reviews and monitors loan system data; * Works with the Agribusiness team members to maintain accurate member data, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Manager (CRM); * Compiles, reviews, and submits loan system and member data reports as required and in a timely manner; * Follows the loan accounting calendar of duties; * Processes needed changes to member and loan system data; * Performs post-closing loan verification processes for originated and purchased loans; * Complies with special information requests as needed. * Performs the Agribusiness department's cash management, daily banking, GL accounting, accounts payable processing, and asset management functions. * Generates and reviews member, syndicate, participant, and bond-related billing notices and monitors accounts receivable. * Primarily responsible for transmitting loan documents to loan investors: * Coordinates with the Agribusiness Loan Processor to transmit relevant pre-closing loan documentation to potential loan investors in a timely manner; * Ensures loan and servicing documents are transmitted to loan investors as appropriate and in a timely manner and responds to inquiries by loan investors related to loan documentation. * Primarily responsible for the Agribusiness department's loan and bond legal documents post-closing: * Collaborates with the Agribusiness team members to obtain all loan action support documentation and executed legal documents; * Reviews loan and bond legal documents post-closing to ensure correct execution; * Takes steps and coordinates with Agribusiness team members as needed to correct any identified deficiencies or errors in loan legal documents in a timely manner; * Scans and maintains all loan and bondApply here: https://www.aplitrak.com/?adid=YmJnZW5lcmljLjc0NzAxLjEwNTA4QGFnZmlyc3Rjb21wLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ
